TWO-STEP SAWH PIPES
This Mill adopts Two Step Production Process - Most advanced welding process technology. 1st Step - Pipes are formed into a pipe body & continuously tack-welded at high speed. 2nd Step - These pipes goes through submerged arc welding process that gives a higher quality weld compared with other SAWH production method. This process eliminates the tensile stress of the weld seam during pipe forming and submerged arc welding effectively improving stability of the welded joints & productivities. These products are widely used in onshore oil and gas pipelines.
