Longitudinal welded steel pipes from single Mill which operates nine seperate mills.
UOE, JCOE (4 mills), HFW, COE & SAWH (2 mills) which can produce SAWL pipe with outside diameter (OD) ranging from 406mm to 1829mm (16"-723"). Three-Roll Bending SAW Pipes with OD ranging from 610mm to 7000mm (24"-276"), CRA Clad/Lined pipe with OD ranging from 406mm to 1219mm (16" - 48").
Product complies with: API 5L/5CT/2B/5LD, ASTM, DNV, ISO, DIN, EN, BS, & JIS, CE, CSA, etc.
Coating plants can produce single/double layer fusion-bond epoxy (FBE) two/three layers polyethylene/polypropylene (3LPE/3LPP), polyurethane, concrete weight coating (CWC), insulation & bitumen externam coating, liquid epoxy, FBE, bitumen & cement internam coating that meets international coating standards. Fitting plants produce various fittings such as induction bend and elbows.
ERW mill is Oil & Gas approved (Shell) & COE mill is in the process of being Shell approved but uses 100% same procedures as applied at ERW mill. Its products are widely used in the following applications:
Petroleum & Petrochemical Industries for oil & gas both for onshore and offshore pipelines, petrochemicals, city gas, mining, infrastructure construction, steel structures, pilig and water utilities industries.
